This is achieved through various social projects and activities, as well as supporting the well-being of local communities, social rights, culture, and employment. This includes providing support, assistance, and sharing opportunities with socially vulnerable groups or those affected by natural disasters, to create a society of generosity and mutual care.
The Company prioritizes participation in community and social development alongside business growth, both in building the local economy and uplifting living conditions to create a good quality of life for the community. This includes respecting human rights in every area where the Company operates through the implementation of the CSR-DIW (Standard of Corporate Social Responsibility, Department of Industrial Works) project, which was developed from the international ISO 26000 standard to align with the operations and capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs. The Company has appointed a CSR-DIW working group from various relevant departments and has continuously implemented the project from 2016 to the present, covering all branches.
The Company has established strategies to help uplift the quality of life for people in the community, as well as supporting the organization of activities and instilling social responsibility awareness in a concrete manner. The Company is committed to supporting and empowering children and youths across all professional fields through quality rubber glove products under the "Sri Trang Gloves" brand. These products facilitate skill development and critical thinking processes beyond classroom learning, enabling students to apply their professional knowledge to address public health issues, recommend disease prevention approaches, promote health, and contribute to societal benefit as future contributors to national development. Supported programs include the Mahidol Camp Project, Young Scientists Camp Project, Veterinary Volunteer Camp Project, Mobile Animal Health Service Project, Urban and Rural Community Development Volunteer Project, and Open House Medical School Project.
In the year 2025, the Company donated a total of 60,000 medical gloves to support the learning and development of children and youths.






The Company actively participates in National Children’s Day activities organized in areas where branch factories are located, emphasizing enjoyment and constructive learning for children through activities such as interactive games that develop alertness and various skills. These activities not only provide entertainment for children but also strengthen relationships among the organization, government agencies, and communities.




The Company provides both volunteer personnel and funding to support the health and development of women and children from pregnancy through age 5, enabling Thai children to reach their full potential with good health, age-appropriate development, and quality of life. This project extends the “First 1,000 Days of Life” concept (from conception to age 2) to cover children up to age 5, establishing a solid foundation for long-term health and quality of life through collaboration with community and local network partners. The initiative includes field activities providing knowledge to new mothers on nutrition and early childhood development in areas where the Company operates.


The Company attaches importance to promoting and supporting career development and livelihoods for people in local communities. In addition to hiring local people, the Company also promotes and supports projects to create jobs and careers for people in the community, taking into account the needs and capabilities of each community as important factors.
Surat Thani Branch Factory has organized the “Pallets Sarn Rak” project for the fifth consecutive year. As of the current period (the year 2025), the project has generated a total income of 481,290 Baht for the participating group.
The Company has reduced storage space requirements by disposing of 5,872 pieces of unused pallet wood.






Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, particularly for children and youth in their school years, as this is when the body and brain require adequate energy and nutrients. Proper and consistent breakfast consumption promotes growth and effective learning throughout daily activities. Currently, many families in various areas continue to face challenges regarding food quantity, quality, and nutritional diversity.
The “Breakfast for Students Year 2” project represents the continuation and expansion of the original initiative. Expert speakers were invited to provide knowledge to students on chicken farming, mushroom cultivation, and red worm farming as a natural protein source that enhances chicken immunity, reduces animal feed costs, and promotes cost-effective utilization of local resources.






Sadao P.S. Branch Factory identified opportunities to further develop and generate income for local communities through the Economic Insect Farming Promotion Project, which supports occupational development and community self-reliance. This initiative builds upon the “Stingless Bee Honey Farming” project to develop Stingless Bee Honey products and online sales channels on the TikTok platform, including marketing guidance and content creation for shop promotion.
Performance in the year 2025
The project achieved cost reduction and generated a total income of 96,480 Baht for members, while diverting 5.6 tons of general waste from pallet wood disposal, which the group repurposed into Stingless Bee hives.







The Company creates shared value (CSV) that benefits both economic development and society while instilling a green culture among employees regarding environmental stewardship. The project accepts donations of unused employee uniforms for conversion into reusable cleaning cloths for tools and machinery within the organization. The Songkhla Special Correctional Institution’s Vocational Training Unit serves as the pilot organization, with plans to expand to vulnerable groups and interested communities.
Performance in the year 2025, the project recycled a total of 1.2 tons of waste and generated a total income of 39,600 baht for members.




In addition to promoting and jointly developing various community livelihood projects, the Company maintains a policy of utilizing community products for packaging and gift baskets for visitors on important occasions.

As a medical equipment business organization, the Company aspires to enhance well-being across all communities by utilizing resources to achieve maximum efficiency through diverse activities. These include donating medical equipment for community healthcare, such as medical gloves, blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, and weighing scales. The Company also conducts mobile health screening units for community members and provides training courses on "Safety Skills Development and Basic First Aid" to village health volunteers, village doctors, students, and the general public. The objective is to equip communities with sufficient knowledge for self-care and assistance to others in emergencies, contributing to sustainable community development. Throughout 2025, the Company conducted activities across 5 areas with a total participation of 262 individuals.








The Company organizes blood donation activities for employees in collaboration with the Thai Red Cross Society every three months to support the Thai Red Cross blood service and replenish blood used to save patients’ lives in various situations. This activity also promotes employee altruism and strengthens health.
In the year 2025, employees from all six branches participated in the project, with a total of 817 participants donating 367,650 cc of blood.




The Company provides assistance and relief to disaster victims and vulnerable groups in society by creating participation, supporting the budget, providing survival bags, drinking water, and medical gloves, both directly and indirectly, through cooperation with the Company’s partners. The projects are as follows:
The Company provided recovery assistance and moral support to flood victims since November 2025. Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited, and subsidiary companies jointly delivered relief bags, drinking water, and essential living supplies, while deploying volunteer employees and fire trucks to assist with cleanup in various affected locations across Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat provinces, with a cumulative value exceeding 452,610 Baht.
Distribution of rubber gloves for cleaning, clean water, and volunteer employees to assist with household cleanup, totaling 909,400 gloves covering over 37 areas, with a cumulative value exceeding 1,000,000 Baht.

The Company is committed to respecting human rights and complying with the Persons with Disabilities Empowerment and Quality of Life Promotion Act B.E. 2550 (Section 33) by implementing employment programs for persons with disabilities through both direct employment within the Company and collaboration with provincial offices of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security to arrange suitable positions in government agencies, such as the Sadao Municipality Community Happiness Repair Center, hospitals, and Subdistrict Administrative Organizations, covering Songkhla, Trang, Surat Thani, and Chumphon provinces. The program has operated continuously from 2016 to the present.
Beyond legal employment requirements, the Company emphasizes enhancing the quality of life for persons with disabilities to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1: No Poverty and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities. The Company has continuously promoted training and skills development for employees with disabilities working at the Sadao Municipality Community Happiness Repair Center to strengthen confidence, competence, and work capacity, while serving as a model for collaboration between the private sector and local government in sustainably improving the quality of life for persons with disabilities.




The Company recognizes the importance of preserving local arts, culture, traditions, and indigenous heritage without discrimination, and is committed to sustaining valuable cultural traditions within local communities through continuous support and promotion of various activities, such as the La Sang Festival (a celebration following rice harvest), the Thai Cultural Community Ties of Patong event, and Waqaf ceremonies to foster harmony in multicultural society.





The Company prioritizes participating in preserving the natural environment and contributing to the reduction of global warming by increasing green spaces to help absorb carbon dioxide, supporting ecosystem restoration, and biodiversity. In collaboration with local agencies and various organizations, we organize activities such as reforestation, building check dams, and releasing aquatic species back into rivers, canals, and the sea to help restore community ecosystems and maintain natural abundance through the following projects:
Blue Carbon refers to carbon dioxide stored in marine and coastal ecosystems, including mangrove forests, tidal flats, seagrass beds, and salt marshes. These ecosystems are up to four times more efficient at carbon sequestration than terrestrial forests due to their superior capacity to capture carbon dioxide and store it in sediment layers, effectively reducing atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations and mitigating climate change impacts.
The Company continues to champion this project for the second consecutive year in collaboration with the Faculty of Fisheries Science and Technology, Marine Science and Environment Program, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Trang Campus. This year, the project has conducted studies and experimental cultivation of sea purslane or black purslane (pioneer plants for preventing beach erosion) in various environmental conditions to collect survival rate data before actual planting implementation at Mod Tanoi Beach, Trang Province.
