Today we have growth into one of the global preventer of hand infections supply to more than 175 countries.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, on 7 June 2019, has passed a resolution to increase the registered capital by THB 165,000,000, resulting in an increase in the registered capital from THB 825,000,000 to THB 990,000,000 by issuing 1,650,000 ordinary shares at the par value of THB 100.00 per share to be offered to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding (Rights Offering).

The Company purchased investment in SDME from Startex Rubber Company Limited (“STC”) (a subsidiary of STA) for USD 4,150,000 or 100.0 percent of the total investment in SDME in the value of CNY 36,000,000 or approximately THB 163.07 million.
30 September 2019
  • The Company purchased 3,000 shares of STU from STA, equivalent to 100.00 percent of the total shares in STU at a value of USD 1 or equivalent to approximately THB 30.82.
  • Hat Yai Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 4, thus completing a total of 94 production lines.
  • Trang Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 5, thus completing a total of 17 production lines
21 February 2020
  • STU increased its registered capital on 21 February 2020 in the amount of USD 6.5 million, equivalent in value to approximately THB 205.08 million.
  • Hat Yai Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 6, thus completing a total of 100 production lines.
  • Trang Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 7, thus completing a total of 24 production lines.

Acquired ordinary shares of PSE from STA and RBL of 419,996 shares and 80,000 shares respectively, equivalent to 99.9992 percent of the total shares.

The Company has established new subsidiary in Singapore named SRI TRANG GLOVES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., for the purpose of distribution of gloves and research and development (R&D) businesses.
24 August 2021
The Company has established new subsidiary in Singapore named SRI TRANG GLOVES GLOBAL PTE. LTD. for the purpose of financial asset management and financial investment.
7 October 2021
The Company has established new subsidiary in Indonesia named PT SRI TRANG GLOVES INDO, for the purpose of distribution of gloves.

  • The Company has established new subsidiary in Vietnam named SRI TRANG GLOVES VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED, for the purpose of distribution of gloves.
  • Surat Thani Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 17, completing a total of 38 production lines.
  • Establishment of new Sadao Branch Factory, starting with 5 production lines.
2022
  • Surat Thani Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 1, completing, a total of 39 production lines.
  • Sadao P.S. Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 3, completing, a total of 8 production lines.
  • Establishment of Anvar Branch Factory, starting with 12 production lines.
  • Trang Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 10, completing a total of 34 production lines.
  • Establishment of Chumphon Branch Factory, starting with 12 production lines.
  • The Company has established new subsidiary in United States of America named SRI TRANG RESPONSIBLE GLOVES SUPPLY INC., for the purpose of distribution of gloves in United States of America.
  • The Company has established new subsidiary in Philippines named SRI TRANG GLOVES PHILIPPINES INC., for the purpose of distribution of gloves in Philippines.
2023
  • The Company begins producing Surgical gloves and distributing in Thailand and overseas.
  • Anvar Branch Factory increased its production lines by another 8, completing, a total of 20 production lines.
  • Hat Yai Branch Factory received certification for the production of Surgical gloves, including ISO 9001:2015_ Quality Management System standard, EN ISO 13485:2016 _Medical Devices Quality Management System standard and ISO 13485:2016_ Medical Devices Quality Management System (MDSAP) standard.
  • The Anvar and Chumphon branches have been certified to ISO 9001:2015_ Quality Management System, EN ISO 13485:2016_ Medical Devices Quality Management System and ISO 13485:2016_ Medical Devices Quality Management System (MDSAP) standard.
  • Chumphon Branch Factory has been Amfori BSCI certified at grade A level, which is the 5th of the Company’s factories to have been certified under this standard following Hat Yai, Trang, Surat Thani and Sadao P.S. branches, all of which also received Grade A level rating.
  • The Sadao P.S. Branch Factory has received ISO 14001:2015_ Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018_ Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.
  • Hat Yai Branch Factory has been certified by BRCGS_ Global Standard for Consumer Products Personal Care and Household
2024
  • The Company has established a new subsidiary in the People's Republic of China, named SHIDONG MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. (SDMES), which aims to operate a rubber glove packaging and distribution business in the People's Republic of China.
  • The Company delivered its first order of natural rubber gloves made from EUDR latex to customers in the medical and other industries in August 2024.
  • Anvar branch factory has been certified with amfori BSCI Grade A, making it the 6th factory to receive such social standard certification, following Hat Yai, Trang, Surat Thani, Sadao P.S. and Chumphon branch factories, all of which have been certified with Grade A.
  • All six of the Company's factories have been certified for social and labor ethics standards by Sedex SMETA and ILO 11 Indicator of Forced Labor.
  • Hat Yai, Surat Thani, Trang, Sadao P.S. and Chumphon branch factories have received Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification from the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization).
  • Hat Yai, Surat Thani and Trang branch factories have received the Green Industry Level 4 Green Culture certification from the Ministry of Industry.
2025
  • The Company completed an Entire Business Transfer (“EBT”) from Sadao P.S. Rubber Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary) as part of the Group’s internal restructuring on 2 June 2025.
  • Sadao P.S. Rubber Co., Ltd. was formally dissolved and registered for liquidation with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, on 4 June 2025.
  • Sri Trang USA Inc. (a subsidiary) opened a new office in Chicago, United States, to enhance the Company’s global growth capability.
  • The Company registered the Carbon Footprint of Products (CFP) for 24 product groups in 2025.
  • The Sadao P.S., Anvar, and Chumphon branch factories have been certified with BRCGS_ Global Standard for Consumer Products Personal Care and Household, as well as Thai GMP. With these certifications, all six of the Company’s branch factories are now fully certified, following the earlier certifications of the Hat Yai, Trang, and Surat Thani branches.
  • The Sadao P.S. branch factory has received the Green Industry Level 4 (Green Culture) certification from the Ministry of Industry. With this certification, four of the Company’s factoriesHat Yai, Surat Thani, Trang, and Sadao P.S.have now achieved Level 4 status. The remaining two factories, Chumphon and Anvar, have been certified at Level 3 (Green System)
  • The Anvar branch factory has been received the Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization). This marks full certification for all six of the Company’s branch factories.
