Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or STGT, the leading manufacturer and distributor of natural rubber gloves and nitrile gloves in Thailand and one of the largest in the world, led by Mr. Phuriwatt Seesuk, Community Engagement Manager, represented the company to receive a certificate of recognition from the “1 Organization 1 CSR 1 Household 1 Year” project of the Community Development Department, Ministry of Interior. The certificate was graciously presented by Mr. Amnuay Pinsuwan, Deputy Governor of Songkhla Province, at the Language and Computer Center Building, Songkhla Rajabhat University, Songkhla Province. This recognition was awarded to the company and its subsidiaries, including STGT’s Hat Yai branch and Anwar branch, for participating in activities that promote social responsibility and community engagement, in line with the government’s policy of eradicating poverty and developing people of all ages sustainably. This is done under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. The company supported basic necessities such as dry food, survival kits, and also promoted occupational development for vulnerable groups and target households in the communities of Ban Nam Hua, Khuan Kun Phatthana, Sadao District, and Ban Khuan Kiraet Community, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. This participation reinforces Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, focusing on community and social development alongside business growth, to create a better quality of life for stakeholders throughout the supply chain in a sustainable and effective manner.
