We remain steadfast in our stance against child labor and forced labor, alongside maintaining welfare according to international standards. The Company is a member of and has passed international standard certifications, such as the BSCI (amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative), where the Company has consistently received a Grade A rating, and the social and labor ethics standard from SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit). Furthermore, we have received international standard certification from the International Labour Organization (ILO) for all 6 of the Company's factories, to build confidence as an organization that truly respects human rights in every dimension.

We put effort into our operations to prevent forced labor by clearing all these indicators and conducting stringent audit. The ILO certification that we obtained reflects our best practices in managing and caring about our employees and workers in order to prevent the risk of forced labour in our business operations.

STGT recognizes the importance of the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct which set out labor principles based on an internationally recognized code of conduct covering issues such as forced labor, child labor, discrimination, health and safety, and freedom of association. We commit to implementing the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct and respecting all principles throughout our business operations in order to improve working conditions and quality of life of all employees. Through the BSCI audit methodology based on ILO’s labor and international regulations, such as Universal Declaration of Human Right, The company's manufacturing facilities have successfully achieved assessment targets and obtained social and labor ethics certifications from external organizations, specifically amfori BSCI, receiving an 'A' rating in every audit category. This ensures that the company's products are manufactured with social responsibility across all 6 factory branches, namely: Hatyai, Sadao, Surat Thani, Chumphon, Trang, and Anvar.

STGT is a member of Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) which is a non-profit organization enabling companies to manage and improve the social and environmental performance of the supply chain. We obtained Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) audit to ensure that our business operations and supply chain comply with the 4 pillars of SMETA which include labor standards, health and safety, business ethics, and the environment. Our production facilities, Hat Yai and Trang branches were recognized as excellence by SMETA demonstrating our strong commitment to ethical and sustainable practices to our stakeholders.
