Paving the way for the Ban Bang Mak Noi community
Our team had another chance to collaborate with our partners in the Ban Bang Mak Noi community in Trang province, Thailand, this time in commemoration of Thailand Queen Sirikit’s birthday.
It was a massive project that required all hands on deck! First, we made bricks from scratch using ash residue and repurposed ceramic glove formers. Next, we laid the bricks one by one along the pavements lining the community pond. We then released 2,000 fishes into the pond as part of aquatic animal conservation and to beautify the natural environment.
