STGT continues to expand its production capacity as planned, starting to operate new machinery on an area of over 350 rai in Pathio District, Chumphon Province.

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) has moved its new factory in Pathiu District, Chumphon Province to a new area of over 350 rai to support the production of natural rubber gloves and nitrile rubber gloves to continuously meet the needs of consumers. The Chumphon plant is targeted by 2022 to have a production capacity of more than 13 billion pieces, with a long-term production plan to reach 82 billion pieces by 2024.

Ms. Jarinya Jirojkul, President of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited or STGT, the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of natural rubber gloves and nitrile rubber gloves, revealed that the Company has continuously planned for the expansion of production of rubber gloves. The new factory in Pathio District, Chumphon Province focuses on producing natural rubber gloves to meet the need for use of rubber gloves by government and private agencies, medical agencies, including the general public which increasingly attaches importance and attention to hygiene, both in Thailand and overseas. The Company is ready to be an important force in delivering quality and standard rubber gloves to consumers around the world. The Company is also confident in increasing production capacity according to set plans to maintain its position of being one of the three largest manufacturers and distributors of rubber gloves in the world.

Most recently, on March 24, 2022, the Company has successfully started commissioning machinery at its factory in Pathio District, Chumphon Province, continuing on from factories in Trang and Songkhla provinces that have just started operation on February 14 and March 12, 2021 respectively. Chumphon branch factories are considered factories that operate machines with modern technology and high speed which can produce a wide variety of rubber gloves, whether natural rubber or nitrile rubber gloves, ncluding gloves under the concept Clean World Clean Gloves that focus on saving the world through production processes and products that are environmentally and consumer friendly, such as Non Detectable Protein Gloves, etc., to fully and efficiently support the needs of users in line with the Company's policy of being ever ready to "Protect every touch with concern” for all life around the world, alongside global sustainable development and always conduct business with transparency and fairness.
