The IAA Awards are among the most prestigious honors in Thailand’s capital market. Award recipients are nominated and scored by securities analysts and fund managers under the criteria and guidelines established by the Investment Analysts Association. The assessment considers several dimensions, including management expertise and capabilities; the accuracy, clarity and relevance of corporate and financial disclosures; and the quality of investor engagement. The awards aim to recognize outstanding leadership and promote good corporate governance among listed companies.
